Ayla’s Almond Butter Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 3-4 chunks crystallized ginger
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced and fire roasted organic tomatoes
  • 1/2 can tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 1 T tamari
  • 1 T fish sauce
  • 2 T hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp yellow curry paste

Here’s How:

  1. Use food processor and place shallot, ginger and garlic inside and pulse.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, pulse, chill and serve with veggies or atop a veggie stir fry, or spread on a toasted tortilla!
