Barbecued Wild Coho Salmon

Serves 2-3


  • 3/4 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1 T fish sauce
  • 1/2 T sesame oil
  • 1 T chipotle chili sauce
  • 2 T port

Here’s How:

  1. Marinate fish in above mentioned ingredients in a plastic bag in a bowl for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Grill on medium heat on barbecue, skin side down for 12 minutes.
  3. Remove and serve with chopped green onions, parsley and lemon slices.
  4. Serve with a nice salad and whatever else suits you depending upon the season.
