Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4 tsp onion granules
  • 1/8 – 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 packet stevia
  • 1 egg white
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Place nuts in a bowl and coat with egg white.
  3. Mix all spices in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine and mix until thoroughly coated.
  5. Place nut mixture on greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let cool before eating.

These candied roasted pecans are delicious on their own or lovely topped on salads.
