• 1 head cabbage
  • olive oil
  • sea salt

Here’s How:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Peel cabbage leaves and cut into approximately 4″x4″ pieces – little squares.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then rub to even out oil and salt.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake until crispy. This will require setting your timer for about 10-15 minutes in the beginning, checking for readiness, removing, rearranging sheets and continually checking until they are all crisp and slightly browned.
  5. Serve with a dipĀ as an appetizer or accompaniment with meal.
