Ingredients:
- 1 head cabbage
- olive oil
- sea salt
Here’s How:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Peel cabbage leaves and cut into approximately 4″x4″ pieces – little squares.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then rub to even out oil and salt.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake until crispy. This will require setting your timer for about 10-15 minutes in the beginning, checking for readiness, removing, rearranging sheets and continually checking until they are all crisp and slightly browned.
- Serve with a dipĀ as an appetizer or accompaniment with meal.
