Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice (a dash of stevia is an option for low carb)
  • 2 or 3 dashes hot sauce, or cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Here’s How:

  1. Place all ingredients except oil in a jar with a lid.
  2. Shake well or whisk.
  3. Slowly whisk in oil.
  4. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Chill before serving.
