Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups organic unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup organic unsweetened coconut chips
- 1/4 cup hulled sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp of ground Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup
Here’s How:
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil or ghee, or whatever you choose.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Slowly pour syrup over mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Spread mixture evenly and bake for 7 minutes, setting a timer.
- Mix and bake again for 5 minutes.
- Keep mixing and baking for 2-4 more rounds until the mixture browns. Check after 3 minutes by 3rd round.
- Let it cool and enjoy.
This munchy treat can be stored in airtight containers for weeks although it will be gone before long.
