Dick’s Tart Cherry Gummies for Sleeping

  • 2  cups tart cherry juice, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup unflavored gelatin (Zint gelatin made from grass fed beef; order from Amazon.com)
  • 1 tsp ascorbic acid (vitamin C powder)
  • 1/3 cup honey

Here’s How:

  1. Warm honey with gelatin and tart cherry juice.
  2. Stir in ascorbic acid.
  3. Pour into molds that hold 1/2 T each.

Take 2 gummies before bedtime to promote deep, restful sleep.
