Ingredients:
- 2/3 can chopped fire roasted tomatoes (14.5oz)
- 1/2 can chopped green chilis (4oz)
- 2 1/2 T tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp tom yum paste
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 preserved lemon, rinsed, deseeded
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion or shallot
- salt and pepper to taste
Put it all in a food processor, and pulse till desired consistency.
