• 1 lb organic ground turkey
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 green onions chopped or 1 large shallot chopped
  • 1 T ghee or 1 T avocado oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger or 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp white balsamic or rice vinegar
  • 1 T tamari or liquid aminos
  • 1 T toasted sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh ground sesame seeds to taste (optional)

Here’s How:

  1. Heat large skillet and when hot, add ghee and ground turkey with garlic, onions and salt and pepper to taste. Brown meat breaking it into chunks and remove from pan.
  2. Add sesame oil and remaining ingredients, stir and cover for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey and serve.

This dish goes well with sprouted tortillas, and a nice green salad of your choice.
