• 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tsp dried basil or 2 T chopped fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2-2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta

Place first 3 ingredients in food processor and chop fine. Add cheeses and pulse till blended but chunky. Spoon into hollowed red cabbage for something special or simply store in glass container. Chill 1 hour before serving.
