Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cubed mango chunks
  • juice of 1 1/2 limes
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1/8 tsp of cardamom
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1-2 T maple syrup and/or honey
  • 2 sprigs of mint for garnish

Put all ingredients except lime and sweetener in blender. Blend till smooth.

Taste, and add lime and sweetener to taste.

Pour into 2 individual glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serves 2.
