Nina’s Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

  • 2-3 pressed garlic cloves
  • 1 heaping T Grey Poupon mustard
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in jar with lid. Shake, chill and use as salad dressing. This dressing will keep in the fridge for several weeks, if you happen not to use it all up!
