Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2T fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp freshly minced ginger
  • 2 tsp fish sauce (wheat free tamari or soy sauce for vegan and gluten free)
  • 1/2-1 T chili paste with garlic
  • 3 T coconut cream concentrate
  • 2 T organic wheat free tamari or soy sauce for vegan and gluten free)
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup water (or more if necessary)

Here’s How:

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
  2. Feel free to add or subtract any of the seasonings to align with your taste buds!
  3. Enjoy as a dip with vegetables, rice crackers or served over chicken, fish or rice noodles or other grain.
