• 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 preserved lemon with seeds removed
  • 1 heaping T light miso
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place garlic in food processor and chop.
  2. Add lemon and chop
  3. Add miso, vinegar and water and mix until smooth
  4. Slowly drizzle olive oil in the mixture as the processor is on.

Serve as a salad dressing, or a dip. Drizzle on vegetables, fish or poultry or even legumes. Delicious!
