This is a wonderful dish to bring to a dinner gathering or serve to guests. It’s so easy, and all you need is to plan ahead.


  • 1 head cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • sea salt

Here’s how:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Remove leaves but leave cauliflower whole.  
  3. Drizzle it all over with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt. 
  4. Bake on cookie sheet for 2-3 hours until golden brown.

Tip: Serve whole cauliflower on beautiful platter with a sharp knife, and let people help themselves.
