These satisfying chocolate chunks are a thrifty way to provide dessert for guests – or satisfy a chocolate craving. I love to make little platters of these with dried fruits and nuts for a light and yummy dessert.

*Note:

  • Trader Joe’s sells an 85% dark chocolate lovers chocolate bar at a great price.
  • Tropical Traditions is the best coconut cream concentrate I’ve found – it comes in a glass jar. Do *not* substitute canned coconut cream – it won’t work. Coconut cream concentrate is what you want – it’s a bit higher priced, but a little bit goes a long way. Also, coconut oil is different from both – and also needed for this recipe.
