Ingredients:

  • 1 1″ piece of fresh peeled ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 T reduced sodium wheat free tamari
  • 1/2 T fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 T fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tsp brown sugar (xylitol or sucanat)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or chili paste with garlic
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  1. Place ginger and garlic in food processor and pulse until well chopped.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
  3. Adjust spice to your taste.

Chill and serve with veggies, salad rolls or drizzled on salads or stir frys.
