Barbecued Wild Coho Salmon
Serves 2-3Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1 T fish sauce
- 1/2 T sesame oil
- 1 T chipotle chili sauce
- 2 T port
Here's How:
- Marinate fish in above mentioned ingredients in a plastic bag in a bowl for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Grill on medium heat on barbecue, skin side down for 12 minutes.
- Remove and serve with chopped green onions, parsley and lemon slices.
- Serve with a nice salad and whatever else suits you depending upon the season.
