Chicken Wings or Legs with Dry Rub

Ingredients for Dry Rub:

  • 1 tsp garlic granules

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp 21 seasoning salute (Trader Joe’s), optional

  • 2 T allulose granules or monk fruit

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • fresh ground pepper to taste

1 lb of chicken wings or legs

Here’s How:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Place a sheet of parchment on a cookie sheet.

  3. Mix spices in a bowl big enough to dip chicken into to roll and coat all sides.

  4. Place chicken on cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Turn and bake another 20 minutes.

The chicken will look like it is breaded and be crispy. You can eat on its own or make a creamy white sauce for dipping.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 T organic avocado oil mayonnaise

  • 3-4 T Greek youghurt

  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed

  • 1 T lemon juice

  • 2 T crumbled sheets milk feta (optional)

  • salt and pepper to taste

Here’s How:

  1. Use a fork or immersion blender and blend all the ingredients.

  2. Chill and serve as a dipping sauce with the chicken.
