Chocolate Avocado Pudding
This can be made with solely carob or a combination of cocoa and carob powder.
Have dessert first! Avocados are loaded with healthy fat, vitamins and minerals. This dessert is rich, creamy and satisfying. It works as pudding or sorbet. All you need to do is freeze it for sorbet and if you change your mind, you can let it thaw for pudding.
2 avocados
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 T coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1 T vanilla
dash of cinnamon (optional)
dash of sea salt
Here's How:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it is completely smooth and consistent in color.
Chill (either fridge for pudding, or freezer for sorbet)
