Coe's Coconut Crunch
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups organic unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup organic unsweetened coconut chips
1/4 cup hulled sesame seeds
1/4 cup black sesame seeds
1/4 tsp of ground Himalayan Pink Salt
1/3 cup real maple syrup
Here's How:
Preheat oven to 300.
Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil or ghee, or whatever you choose.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Slowly pour syrup over mixture and mix thoroughly.
Spread mixture evenly and bake for 7 minutes, setting a timer.
Mix and bake again for 5 minutes.
Keep mixing and baking for 2-4 more rounds until the mixture browns. Check after 3 minutes by 3rd round.
Let it cool and enjoy.
This munchy treat can be stored in airtight containers for weeks although it will be gone before long.
