Flatbread, Gluten Free

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 T apple cider vinegar

  • 1 T olive oil

  • 1 cup ground rolled oats (into flour)

  • 3/4 cups potato starch flour

  • 3/4 cups coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 3/4 tsp garlic granules

  • 3/4 tsp oregano

  • 2 tsp baking powder

Here’s How:

  1. Mix coconut milk, vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl.

  2. Add sea salt through baking powder and blend in.

  3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

  4. Mix together and one by one, form golf size balls.

  5. Roll out in between 2 pieces of parchment.

  6. Using a spatula, heat a large skillet, add a tsp of ghee or avocado oil to pan and brown each piece of bread until done.

  7. You can reheat in a toaster oven, air fryer or oven and enjoy with a smear of ghee, a dip or top with an egg and veggies.
