Flatbread, Gluten Free
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T olive oil
1 cup ground rolled oats (into flour)
3/4 cups potato starch flour
3/4 cups coconut flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp garlic granules
3/4 tsp oregano
2 tsp baking powder
Here’s How:
Mix coconut milk, vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl.
Add sea salt through baking powder and blend in.
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Mix together and one by one, form golf size balls.
Roll out in between 2 pieces of parchment.
Using a spatula, heat a large skillet, add a tsp of ghee or avocado oil to pan and brown each piece of bread until done.
You can reheat in a toaster oven, air fryer or oven and enjoy with a smear of ghee, a dip or top with an egg and veggies.
