Miso yoghurt Dressing or Dip
Ingredients:
2 tsp chopped ginger
1 garlic clove
2 T light miso
2 T toasted sesame oil
2 T rice vinegar
4 T greek plain yoghurt
1/4 tsp hot sauce or dash of cayenne
Here’s How:
In a food processor, blend ginger and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients and blend, saving yoghurt for last.
Pulse yoghurt in and mix until blended.
Chill before using as salad dressing or dip.
