Roasted Whole Cauliflower
This is a wonderful dish to bring to a dinner gathering or serve to guests. It's so easy, and all you need is to plan ahead.
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
olive oil
sea salt
fresh parsley (optional)
Here's how:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Remove leaves but leave cauliflower whole.
Drizzle it all over with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake on cookie sheet for 2-3 hours until golden brown.
Tip: Serve whole cauliflower on beautiful platter sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley and a sharp knife, and let people help themselves.
