Almond Flour High Protein Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup protein powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 ggs

  • 2/3 cups almond or coconut milk

  • 1/2-1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • sliced bananas (optional)

Here’s How:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. Mix wet ingredients and slowly add dry into wet.

  3. Make pancakes and enjoy!
