Tangy Parsley Miso Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup packed parsley
1 1/2 tsp peeled ginger
2-3 T light miso
2 T olive oil
1 T tahini
juice of lemon (2-3 T)
juice of lime (2 T)
1 T honey (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Here’s How:
Use a food processor and chop the parsley first, then add ginger and pulse.
Add remaining ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper and serve as a dip with veggies
