Turkey Cabbage Sauté inspired by Katie
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 T ghee or avocado oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
4-5 garlic cloves
5-6 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions or chopped green onions
2 T toasted sesame oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 T liquid aminos or wheat free soy sauce or tamari
Here's How:
Saute turkey in large skillet with salt and pepper until browned and set aside.
Saute ginger and garlic for 3-5 minutes, add cabbage, carrots and onion until slightly cooked.
Mix meat back in and season with remaining ingredients.
Add salt and pepper as needed.
