Ricotta Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups organic ricotta cheese
1-2 garlic cloves
1 lemon, rind and juice
2 T fresh basil (parsley could be substituted)
1 T fresh mint
3 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp hot sauce of your choice (optional)
Here’s How:
Use a food processor, and place garlic and herbs in it and pulse.
Add remaining ingredients being careful not to overmix.
Taste and season.
Chill and serve as a dip or spread.
