Ricotta Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups organic ricotta cheese

  • 1-2 garlic cloves

  • 1 lemon, rind and juice

  • 2 T fresh basil (parsley could be substituted)

  • 1 T fresh mint

  • 3 T olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce of your choice (optional)

Here’s How:

  1. Use a food processor, and place garlic and herbs in it and pulse.

  2. Add remaining ingredients being careful not to overmix.

  3. Taste and season.

  4. Chill and serve as a dip or spread.
