Strawberry Avocado Salsa
This salsa is delicious on top of salmon, shrimp, any white fish, chicken or pork.
Ingredients:
1/2 pint of strawberries, cleaned and cut into small chunks
1 large avocado diced
1 jalapeno diced or 1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
juice of a lemon
juice of a half of an orange
1/8 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Assemble this salsa close to the time you will eat it as it tastes and looks its freshest if it is not sitting too long.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and gently toss and chill.
