Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Waffles/Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup himalayan tartary buckwheat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup softened ghee, coconut oil or avocado oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 T monk fruit or 1 T real maple syrup
Here’s How:
Heat waffle iron.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and mix softened ghee, coconut oil, or avocado oil into it.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then combine with the dry ingredients.
Make waffles, top with nut butter, real maple syrup or however you enjoy your waffles.
