Avocado Dressing
Ingredients:
1 large avocado
2 anchovy filets or 2 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
2-3 garlic cloves pressed
1 T wheat free tamari or liquid aminos
1 T capers
1 T dijon mustard
1-2 T white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
3 T fresh lemon juice
fresh ground pepper to taste
a few T of filtered water (adding a little at a time till desired consistency)
Here’s How:
Place all ingredients (except water)in a 2 cup measuring cup or a pint jar.
Use an immersion blender and blend till creamy. Add water till desired consistency.
Taste and add a pinch of sea salt if needed.
