Babazinni
Ingredients:
2-3 large zucchini
3 garlic cloves
juice of 1-2 lemons (1/2 cup)
3/4 cup tahini
salt and pepper to taste
Here’s How:
Roast whole zucchini on a greased cookie sheet in the oven on 425 for an hour or until very soft.
Place zucchini in a colander and drain well by pressing.
Use a food processor, chop garlic.
Add zucchini and blend.
Add remaining ingredients and blend and season to your taste.
Chill and serve with cut up veggies and crackers.
