Chocolate Sauce, no refined sugar, no dairy

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 tsp flaked sea salt

  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 1/3 cup real maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Here’s How:

  1. Place cocoa powder, and coconut sugar in a food processor and pulse till well blended.

  2. Slowly pour hot water into processor while running.

  3. Add maple and vanilla and pulse until well blended.

  4. Chill and serve with fresh fruit, nuts or eat it by the spoonful!
