Crispy Salmon Cakes
Ingredients:
1 can of wild salmon, drained (6oz)
1/2 cup chopped red onion or shallot
1/2 tsp sea salt
fresh ground pepper
1 T avocado oil
1 cup almond flour
chopped fresh parsley for garnish if desired
Lemon wedges for garnish
Here’s How:
Preheat oven to 425 and prepare a cookie sheet with either parchment paper or grease the part the burgers will touch.
In a small bowl, place the drained salmon, onion oil flour and salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
Form into patties, place cookie sheet in the oven to get hot.
Place patties on cookie sheet, bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes.
Serve with garnish and enjoy!
