Fire Roasted Tomato Dip
Ingredients:
2/3 can chopped fire roasted tomatoes (14.5oz)
1/2 can chopped green chilis (4oz)
2 1/2 T tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp tom yum paste
2 tsp fish sauce
2 garlic cloves
1/4 preserved lemon, rinsed, deseeded
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/3 cup chopped red onion or shallot
salt and pepper to taste
Here’s How:
Put it all in a food processor, and pulse till desired consistency.
