Almond Butter Flourless Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter or can use peanut butter
1 cup coconut sugar or 1/2 coconut sugar, 1/2 monk fruit sweetener
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Sprinkle with flaked sea salt
Here’s How:
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a cookie sheet or line it with parchment and set aside.
Mix all ingredients together and chill for 15 minutes.
Form into balls approximately 1 1/2 “ in diameter and spread out on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with flaked sea salt. (optional)
Bake for approximately 10 minutes and cool on a wire rack before eating.
