Flourless Fudgy Brownies

  • 1 cup salted creamy or crunchy almond butter

  • 1/3-1/2 cup sucanat, coconut or date sugar

  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 T ghee or coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup quality cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. Line an 8/8" pan with parchment paper.

  3. Combine nut butter through eggs and mix until smooth.

  4. Add fat, and then dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  5. Add the chips, mix and spread into pan evenly.

  6. Bake for approximately 15 minutes (best if underdone) and then let them cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before cutting into portions.

  7. They are delicious straight from the fridge.
