Low Sugar Roasted Pecans
Ingredients:
1 cup pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp sea salt
3 T erythritol
1 T water
Here’s How:
Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Roast pecans in dry skillet for about 5 minutes as you keep mixing.
Add water to dry ingredients and coat nuts in skillet and keep moving for another 5 minutes.
Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet to cool.
Store in a container until ready to eat.
