Low Sugar Roasted Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecans

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp allspice

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • 3 T erythritol

  • 1 T water

Here’s How:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Roast pecans in dry skillet for about 5 minutes as you keep mixing.

  3. Add water to dry ingredients and coat nuts in skillet and keep moving for another 5 minutes.

  4. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet to cool.

  5. Store in a container until ready to eat.
