Zero Sugar Lemonade

Sometimes we think we are hungry, but might just be thirsty. Water is always the first best choice, but if you’re still not satisfied, a cold glass of healthy lemonade might do the trick!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener (granulated) or allulose

  • 3 cups water

Here’s How:

  1. Squeeze lemons into measuring cup (1/2 cup)

  2. Blend 1 cup water with 1/2 cup monk fruit in a sauce pan and heat until dissolved.

  3. Use a quart jar and add remaining water, sugar water and lemon juice, stir and chill.

  4. Serve with fresh slices of lemon if desired.
