My Husband's Favorite Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
1 organic egg
1 1/2 T apple cider vinegar
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 pinch paprika (optional)
Here’s How:
Combine all ingredients except 1 1/4 cup olive oil in a glass jar and let sit to room temperature. (1-2 hours)
Use an immersion blender and mix. You can also use a regular blender.
Add only 1 T of oil at a time until well blended and eventually all the oil is added.
Cover and refrigerate until use.
