My New Favorite Tahini Yoghurt Dip
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup greek non fat plain yoghurt
1 T umeboshi plum paste
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 cup water
dried or fresh herbs (oregano, basil, fresh parsley) sprinkled on top (optional)
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Chill and enjoy as a dip for veggies or spread on crackers or sandwiches. Or, use as a dip in a Buddha Bowl.
