My New Favorite Tahini Yoghurt Dip

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/3 cup greek non fat plain yoghurt

  • 1 T umeboshi plum paste

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1/2 cup water

  • dried or fresh herbs (oregano, basil, fresh parsley) sprinkled on top (optional)

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Chill and enjoy as a dip for veggies or spread on crackers or sandwiches. Or, use as a dip in a Buddha Bowl.
