Simple Tasty Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds are high in fiber, protein, manganese, calcium, omega-3's and antioxidants. Chia seeds promote healthy skin, a healthy heart, bones, and improves the digestive system. 1 oz of Chia seeds (2 Tablespoons) is about 140 calories, 4.5 grams of protein, 10 grams of fiber.

Ingredients:

  • 2 T chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk regular or vanilla unsweetened

  • 1/2 T honey or 1 packet stevia

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (optional)

Here's How:

  1. Measure milk into a mason pint jar.

  2. Add rest of ingredients, shake well and chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge.

  3. Enjoy topped with berries or just plain.
