Roasted Cashews, Asian Style
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews
1 T toasted sesame oil
1 T tamari
1 T maple syrup
1 T sriracha sauce
1 tsp lime zest (optional)
Here’s How:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients except zest and coat cashews with mixture.
Bake on parchment for 10-15 minutes, watching carefully so as not to burn.
Remove from oven, add lime zest while still warm and let cool
Store in an airtight container for several days.
