Roasted Cashews, Asian Style

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1 T toasted sesame oil

  • 1 T tamari

  • 1 T maple syrup

  • 1 T sriracha sauce

  • 1 tsp lime zest (optional)

Here’s How:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients except zest and coat cashews with mixture.

  3. Bake on parchment for 10-15 minutes, watching carefully so as not to burn.

  4. Remove from oven, add lime zest while still warm and let cool

  5. Store in an airtight container for several days.
