Sprouted Salted Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of raw nuts of your choice

  • 1 heaping T sea salt

  • cover nuts by 2”

Here’s How:

  1. Place 2 cups of raw nuts in a big bowl, sprinkle with salt, cover with water and soak for a minimum of 12 hours.

  2. Drain and pat dry on a dish towel and place in a food dryer or oven warmer at around 105-115 F.

  3. Pecans and Walnuts will take around12-15 hours and almonds could take up to 30 hours.

  4. Let a few cool before taste testing. And continue drying till they are crunchy to your taste. As they cool, they get crunchier.

  5. Store in an airtight glass container.
