Almond Butter Parsley Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 small can of tomato paste
- 2 T fish sauce
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T rice vinegar
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Here's How:
- Place first 3 ingredients in food processor and pulse.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse again until mixed.
- Chill and serve with cut up veggies.
