Berry Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats or steel cut oats

  • 1 T almond butter (any nut butter works)

  • 1 T chia seeds

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries of your choice

  • 1 T chopped roasted nuts

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (coconut or oat works too)

  • 1/8 cup real maple syrup or 7 drops of stevia

Here’s How:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. If using steel cut oats, soak in 1/4 cup hot water while preparing the rest of ingredients or simply place the oats in a bowl, mix in the rest of the ingredients and bake in a small baking dish or small cast iron skillet. for 30 minutes or until done.

  3. Enjoy with greek youghurt.
