Berry Baked Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats or steel cut oats
1 T almond butter (any nut butter works)
1 T chia seeds
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup frozen berries of your choice
1 T chopped roasted nuts
1/2 cup almond milk (coconut or oat works too)
1/8 cup real maple syrup or 7 drops of stevia
Here’s How:
Preheat oven to 350.
If using steel cut oats, soak in 1/4 cup hot water while preparing the rest of ingredients or simply place the oats in a bowl, mix in the rest of the ingredients and bake in a small baking dish or small cast iron skillet. for 30 minutes or until done.
Enjoy with greek youghurt.
