Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen cubed mango chunks
juice of 1 1/2 limes
1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1/8 tsp of cardamom
1 cup buttermilk
1-2 T maple syrup and/or honey
2 sprigs of mint for garnish
Here’s How:
Put all ingredients except lime and sweetener in blender. Blend till smooth.Taste, and add lime and sweetener to taste.Pour into 2 individual glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serves 2.
