Peanut Butter Smoothie

This recipe is full of protein and fiber and tastes like a milk shake without the negative impact. Yum!

Ingredients:

  • 7 ice cubes

  • 2 T organic peanut butter

  • 1 frozen banana (break into chunks)

  • 2 good sprinkles of cinnamon

  • 1/2-3/4 cups unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 T honey or sweetener of your choice; stevia, xylitol, monk fruit for low carb.

Here’s How:

1. Place all ingredients except honey in Vitamix or hefty blender and puree until smooth.

2. Add honey and blend for 5-10 seconds.

3. Pour smoothie into glass, add another slight sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.
