Pumpkin Protein Bar
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
!/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 oz cacao butter
1-2 T granulated monk fruit (or 1 T maple syrup or honey)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vanilla pea protein powder
1-2 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpin spice (optional)
1/8 tsp sea salt
14 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Here’s How:
Combine the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. (Dough should be like play-dough.)
Press into a loaf pan, lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Cut into portions of your choosing.
Store in fridge or freezer (my preference) and enjoy!
