Tuna Tortilla
Ingredients:
1 sprouted wheat tortilla toasted to desired crispness
1/2 of a ripe avocado, spread on tortilla
2/3 cup mixed lettuces lightly dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 cup tuna salad
1 T crumbled goat cheese, feta or parmesan
1 T roasted pecans or any nut of your choosing
1/4 of apple, thinly sliced
Here’s How:
Toast tortilla.
Make up tuna salad however you like it. (chopped celery, chopped olives, mayo or vinaigrette, capers, etc)
Spread avocado on top of tortilla.
Spread lettuces around tortilla.
Spread tuna and add remaining ingredients, ending with apple slices.
